Account Delete
This policy applies to the following mobile applications developed and operated by Xermes and published on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store under the developer account "Theloyaltyapp.eu". Xermes is the company responsible for these applications and their data processing.
This page applies to users of the following applications:
• Xermes Sales
• Xermes Management
• Xermes Operations
• Xermes Processing
• Xermes Trade In
• Xermes Ecommerce
• Xermes Ecommerce Wholesale
• Environmental Hub GR
HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Users can request deletion of their account and associated data in one of the following ways:
1. From within the mobile application (if logged in), or
2. By sending an email request
To request deletion via email:
• Send an email to: info@xermes.gr
• Use subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• Include your registered email and application name
We may verify your identity before processing the request.
WHAT DATA WILL BE DELETED
Upon successful request, we will delete:
• User account and login credentials
• Personal information (name, email, contact details)
• User activity and application data
Some information may be retained if required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes.
PROCESSING TIME
Deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You will lose access to all associated services and data
• Data required for legal compliance may be retained
